CUSTOM JEWELRY SHIPPING

No Online Shipping Available

At this time, we do not offer standard online shipping through our website. Orders placed online are intended for local pickup or in-person consultation only, unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping by Request Only

Shipping may be available by request and only after a consultation. Customers who require shipping must contact us prior to purchase to discuss:

  • Item eligibility

  • Packaging requirements

  • Shipping costs

  • Delivery timelines

Approved shipments will be sent via Canada Post. Shipping fees will be quoted individually and must be paid in full before shipment is arranged.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Not all items are eligible for shipping due to size, fragility, or material sensitivity

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Once an item has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier
     

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for shipments delayed or misdelivered due to incorrect addresses.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom, handcrafted, and/or personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are created specifically for you using unique or sentimental materials. Once production has begun, items cannot be altered, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for any of the following:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Made-to-order products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products (if applicable)
     

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging and quality control. If your item arrives damaged due to shipping or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If an issue is confirmed, we will work with you to resolve it appropriately. This may include a repair or replacement at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by postal carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
