Lifetime Craftsmanship Coverage

A lifetime warranty is provided on the handcrafted resin work within each piece.

If a piece experiences any of the following due to craftsmanship:

• Cracking

• Chipping

• Resin separation

• Structural defects within the resin

• Workmanship-related flaws

The piece will be repaired or restored at no cost.

This warranty applies specifically to the resin artwork and the craftsmanship of the piece.

Jewelry Settings and Components

Jewelry pieces are also covered under a lifetime workmanship warranty.

Please note:

Jewelry settings, suppliers, and ring styles may change over time. If an identical setting is no longer available, the piece will:

• Be replaced with the closest comparable style, or

• Be updated in collaboration with the client to select a suitable alternative

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, misuse, or alterations performed by third parties.

Polishing and Maintenance

To help maintain the beauty and finish of each piece:

• One complimentary polishing service is included with purchase. This complimentary polish does not expire.

• Additional polishing and touch-up services are available for $25 per service after the first complimentary polish.
